About the role
  • Stirling Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break).
  • Development and day to day management of Project Managers.
  • Ensuring all projects are dealt with in a timely manner, management of inbox and delegation of projects.
  • Contacting freelance linguists in our network in order to allocate projects.
  • Working with clients to resolve quality issues.
  • Working alongside sales, ensuring high levels of client service.
  • Working on multiple projects at the same time, coordinating delivery dates and times, and agreeing completion times with freelance linguists.
Who are we looking for
  • Degree level education, or 3+ years of experience in an administration-based role.
  • Expert user of the Microsoft Office pack, particularly with using Word and Excel.
  • Prior experience in the language services industry.
