A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a School Improvement Programme in Liverpool. The role involves developing methodologies, managing consultants, and engaging stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be proactive in establishing effective delivery programs and coordinating quality services for schools. This is a full-time position requiring 2-3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a prioritisation methodology using AMP data and building condition surveys.
  • Lead stakeholder and member engagement.
  • Produce a Cabinet Report recommending the 2026 programme.
  • Manage the term consultant to prepare design and tender packages.
  • Establish the delivery programme for 2026.
  • Coordinate quality service to schools on asset management advice and support.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Produce a Cabinet Report recommending the 2026 programme (for November 2025 meeting)
  • Manage the term consultant (Aecom) to prepare design and tender packages
  • Establish the delivery programme for 2026
  • Coordinate quality service to schools on asset management advice and support
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including: Planning colleagues; Archdiocese and Diocese; School representatives
