Full time hours on a temporarybasis

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of housing capital projects, ensuring value for money, high‑quality outcomes and achievement of annual spend targets. You will lead internal project teams and oversee the work of contractors, technical consultants and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a major share of the Housing Capital Programme (£10m p/a)
  • Lead internal teams, external consultants and contractors
  • Oversee contracts to ensure compliance, value for money and programme quality
  • Ensure projects meet performance, quality, and financial targets
  • Drive delivery to meet annual spend commitments
  • Monitor risks, budgets, timelines and performance indicators
  • Ensure all work aligns with statutory, safety and procurement requirements
