Local authority in the West Midlands are currently looking for a construction project manager for an initial period of 6 months to join their capital works team. ( likely to be longer ).
The candidate must have demonstrable experience in delivering large, complex construction projects acting on behalf of the client. The succesful candidate must have experience in dealing with projects relating to Heritage buildings.
The ideal candidate will have a construction related qualification and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholder and funding groups.
