Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Substations

Reporting to: Business General Manager

Business Unit: GGP

Purpose of the Position:

This role is responsible for the delivery of all projects within the GGP Business Unit, focusing on safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will maximize productivity, control costs, and maintain effective communication with customers to build trust.

This position reports directly to the Business Unit General Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide clear direction and support to optimize resource utilization through improved planning and scheduling.
• Commit to continuous improvement via innovation and best practices.
• Ensure work is delivered in line with safety and quality standards.
• Achieve tendered margins and submit claims to maximize cash flow.
• Manage and motivate employees and subcontractors, addressing poor performance appropriately.
• Manage cost budgets for the project location.
• Prepare and deliver periodic outputs for review with customers.
• Maximize productivity by planning and executing work efficiently.
• Handle human resources issues professionally at the site level.
• Provide financial and progress reports as directed by the Finance Department.
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with customers.
• Deliver KPIs such as safety audits, profit margins, operating costs, cash flow, and attendance levels.
• Act as a role model for Omexom's values.
