We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our dynamic East Midlands Technical team.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure engineering information is delivered clearly, concisely, on time, and cost-effectively.
2. Coordinate with internal clients, regulators, consultants, and subcontractors.
3. Manage key systems, including NHBC Bonds.
4. Make decisions on engineering matters at the Area and Regional levels.

Requirements:

1. Qualified engineer (MICE) or equivalent.
2. Experience working as an engineer for a house-builder.
3. Proven track record of performance and success.
4. Experience overseeing advice on ground investigations/conditions, contamination, infrastructure design, foundation design, external works, utility services, and agency issues.
