Senior Electrical Project Engineer – Thames Water Projects

Salary : £62,500 – £67,000 + car allowance + benefits

Location : Thames Valley Region

We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead electrical delivery across a portfolio of Thames Water projects. You’ll work with designers, suppliers, and the commercial team to ensure all electrical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

The Role

• Managing electrical requirements from design through to commissioning.
• Supervising electrical installation works.
• Leading audits, inspections, and outage planning.
• Working with BIM / digital tools to optimise delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with BS7671 and NICEIC duties.

What You’ll Need

• HNC or above in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of control panel design, cable sizing, and instrumentation.
• Supervisory experience within water or utilities projects.
• Commercially astute with strong organisational skills.
• BIM / digital engineering experience desirable.
