• Proven experience leading project controls on major construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting methodologies.
• Ability to interrogate contractor schedules and integrate them into master programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets; monitor expenditure, forecast costs, and manage change control.
• Lead the creation and integration of project schedules across all workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities; maintain risk registers.
