Senior Programme and Change Manager

£95,000-£100k per annum + car allowance + benefits (Up to 30% bonus, life assurance and 25 days holiday + bank holidays)

3 days per week in Camden, London

Our client is a Global FTSE 250 organisation undergoing a major transformation under a new CIO. You will lead and deliver large‑scale change programmes across the UK, ensuring governance, integration, and successful adoption of technology‑driven business transformation. The role will work with multi‑site operations within a retail environment on new store openings, refreshes, upgrades and customer‑facing innovations.

In order to be successful in the selection process you will need to have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Programme Leadership: Manage multiple interdependent projects (£1m‑£50m budgets).
  • Delivery & Governance: Ensure time, cost, and quality targets; maintain strong governance and reporting.
  • Hands‑On Approach: "roll up sleeves" and get into operational detail.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Across all levels UK Exec, CFO, vendors and internal teams.
  • Team Management: Lead a Project Manager and on‑the‑ground implementation team.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Risks, dependencies and constraints.

Broad, large‑scale programme impacting multiple sites nationwide. Includes IT operational change and customer‑facing technology. Requires experience in multi‑site retail/hospitality.
