A global FTSE 250 organization is seeking a Senior Programme and Change Manager. This role involves leading large-scale change programs across the UK, ensuring successful adoption of technology-driven transformations in a retail environment. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing multi-million-pound projects, stakeholder engagement, and team management, working 3 days a week in Camden. £95,000-£100k per annum + car allowance + benefits (Up to 30% bonus, life assurance and 25 days holiday + bank holidays)

Our client is a Global FTSE 250 organisation undergoing a major transformation under a new CIO. You will lead and deliver large‑scale change programmes across the UK, ensuring governance, integration, and successful adoption of technology‑driven business transformation. The role will work with multi‑site operations within a retail environment on new store openings, refreshes, upgrades and customer‑facing innovations.
In order to be successful in the selection process you will need to have proven experience in the following areas:
Broad, large‑scale programme impacting multiple sites nationwide. Includes IT operational change and customer‑facing technology. Requires experience in multi‑site retail/hospitality.
