This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a skilled team with a planned roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a robust and collaborativeproduct research and developmentprocess with a regular cadence and framework that accuratelyreflects the perspective of all stakeholdersacross the business andclient needs.
• Monitor industry trendsandmarket dataacross geographies and investor types toidentify innovative new productsthat will allow the firm to grow and gain market share globally versus competitors.
• Establishstrong relationships with internal stakeholdersacross Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing, Sales & Operations to bestposition and market funds across various distribution channels.
• Keep up to date withwider industry standards, developments and regulations, attending conferences and other events where needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8 years’experience working within product structuring in private markets.
• CFA and/or CAIAcertificate preferred.
