Overview

A leading organisation is looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Senior Product Marketing Lead to join its marketing function on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This part-time position offers the chance to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns, support team coordination, and contribute to audience engagement across multiple service lines. Working as part of a job share, the successful candidate will lead day-to-day activity within a busy marketing team, ensuring that campaigns are effectively planned, executed and reported on — all while maintaining alignment with agreed KPIs and wider organisational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines, creative development, audience targeting, and channel deployment.
  • Support the creation of written content, graphics, video, and branded materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategy and creative to optimise results.
  • Report regularly on KPIs, providing insights to inform future campaign planning.
  • Provide support, mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Step in for the Product Marketing Manager as needed and contribute to strategic planning.
About You
  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing, particularly within campaign delivery and performance optimisation.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including email, web, and social media.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Skilled in using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data reporting tools.
  • Degree qualified and/or working towards CIM certification (desirable but not essential)
