A health technology company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for the Pregnancy app. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in consumer mobile products. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of major product areas and lead them through their next stage of evolution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment and has a track record of delivering high‑impact mobile experiences that users love. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver features that improve the everyday experience of our users. You will guide product strategy and execution, help the team focus on what matters most and ensure our product remains trusted, valuable and joyful to use.
Lead a key area of the Pregnancy app owning its direction, delivery and ongoing evolution.
Build and maintain a product roadmap that reflects user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
Define and measure success using clear objectives, insight and data.
Cross‑functional LeadershipCreate alignment across disciplines helping teams make thoughtful decisions and deliver well.
Ensure initiatives are clearly planned with shared goals, accountability and progress updates.
Communicate priorities, trade‑offs and outcomes with clarity.

Prioritise effectively based on value, complexity and available capacity.
Anticipate risks, address dependencies and keep workstreams moving.

Combine research, behavioural data and user feedback to inform decisions.
Ensure high‑quality content, tools and journeys that reflect diverse user needs.

You’ll be expected to balance the delivery of fundamental trusted experiences with innovation and future‑facing opportunities. You’ll have the judgement to weigh user value alongside commercial potential and maintain a product mindset grounded in both business outcomes and long‑term user care.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. This role is an office role.
At least 5 years experience in product management, ideally in consumer mobile products.
Proven success owning features or products from strategy through to delivery and iteration.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with clear decision‑making and structured planning.
Effective communicator confident aligning teams and sharing context across levels.
Deep user empathy especially for personal and emotional journeys like pregnancy and parenting.
Comfortable managing ambiguity, resolving complexity and creating clarity.
