Qualifications

• Experience within a manufacturing, test, maintenance or research environment.
• Process control through SPC, failure analysis methodologies would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Implement in-process measures to reduce variation.
• Undertake root cause analysis on manufacturing issues.
• Identify and prioritise cost-saving measures.
• Propose and validate changes to existing processes.
• Support new equipment introduction.

Skills

Experience with excimer or solid state lasers

Wafer Fabrication experience

Experience of protoresist processing on non-planar structures

Experience of vacuum preparation & deposition processing

Knowledge of CVD, PVD, MEMS, thick film

Education

Degree in an Engineering related discipline
