Job Title: Senior Process Engineer (Nuclear)

Location: Warrington (3 days per week on site)
Contract Length: 12 months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required or willingness to undergo

Overview:

We are currently recruiting anexperienced Senior Process Engineerto join a key nuclear programme based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project focused on the reuse and management of Reprocessed Uranium (RepU) in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and process engineering expertise within a multidisciplinary team

Support process design and development activities in line with project objectives

Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory and design standards

Contribute to project planning, documentation, and delivery

Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including safety assessors and design authorities

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Chemical, Process, or related engineering discipline

Significant experience as a process engineer in nuclear or similarly regulated environments

Knowledge of nuclear fuel cycle, waste processing, or reprocessing (desirable)

Able to work on-site in Warrington 3 days per week

Hold valid SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it
