Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise processes for the scale-up of tablets.
• Plan and execute lab experiments to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teams including Formulation and Analytical.
• Support tech transfers to Contract Development Manufacturing Organizations.
• Coach junior team members and assist in their development.
• Interpret data and prepare project reports.
