• 7+ years PQE with solid private client / private wealth experience.
• Confident managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Court of Protection and deputyship work welcomed but not essential.

• Draft complex wills and advise on inheritance planning.
• Handle probate matters and full estate administration.
• Advise on and administer trusts.
