Senior Private Client Solicitor

Location: Richmond, London

Team: Legal 500 ranked Private Client department

I am working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Richmond that is seeking to appoint an experienced senior private client solicitor to join its Legal 500 ranked Private Client team.

This role offers the opportunity to join a respected and stable department with a strong reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex private client matters.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a high-quality and varied caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Complex probate and estate administration
• Trusts and trust taxation
• Inheritance tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney matters

You will also be expected to be contributing to client relationship management, supporting junior solicitors, and assisting with business development activities.

The Candidate

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Significant experience in private client work
• Strong technical capability across a broad range of private client mattersConfident working with high-net-worth clients

• STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
