About the Role

Our client is a well-established, highly accredited, East Kent firm with an excellent reputation which continues to grow. They have now asked us to find them a further senior Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

They are looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to manage a busy and sometimes complex caseload, advising and drafting Wills, LPAs, administering Estates and Trust; handling a range of Probate matters from simple to high‑value estates; COP and Tax and Trust matters and taking instructions from clients and liaising with co‑executors/beneficiaries.

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE.
• Solid track record and ability to further develop and market the department.
• Excellent technical and client care skills.
• STEP membership advantageous.
• Previous experience of using a sophisticated case management system.
• Ability to oversee junior members of the team highly desirable.
