We are seeking a Senior or Principal Ecologist with a passion for birds or bats, to join a friendly and supportive consultancy in Bristol.

You’ll be working as part of a vibrant and close‑knit team for a growing consultancy with expertise in ecology, BNG, arboriculture and land management. You’ll be conducting surveys, writing reports and managing an enjoyable and diverse range of projects within a positive, collaborative and fun work environment.

• 4+ years UK ecology consultancy experience
• Specialism in birds or bats (desirable)

• Confident and skilled at providing technical advice to clients
• A client‑focused approach with good understanding of commercial elements of projects
• Member of CIEEM
