Responsibilities

• Overseeing all pre-construction activities from feasibility, cost planning to design development.
• Developing comprehensive cost models and ensuring alignment to client briefs.
• Conducting risk and value engineering reviews to optimize buildability.
• Managing designer and consultant engagements for quality and delivery requirements.
