Are you an experienced Senior Pre-Contract Manager with a proven track record in Cat A & B commercial fit-outs up to £5m ? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading design & build team and take ownership of the pre-construction phase for high-profile London projects.

About the Role

You’ll lead the pre-construction process for multiple projects, ensuring accurate costings, robust design coordination, and seamless client communication. This senior role demands strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost analysis and manage tender packages
• Oversee design management and ensure timely production of drawings
• Review and negotiate contracts, including legal compliance
• Coordinate site surveys and liaise with building control for compliance
• Prepare pre-construction and construction schedules
• Manage subcontractor relationships and supply chain performance
• Ensure health & safety documentation and compliance
• Act as the main client contact during pre-construction, building strong relationships
• Produce accurate cost and technical reports

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
