An Exciting Opportunity to Shape the Future of Policing in Hertfordshire This is a unique chance to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) at a pivotal transitional phase. In 2024, we welcomed a new Police and Crime Commissioner and recently a new Chief Constable, bringing fresh leadership and renewed ambition to policing and community safety in the county. In March 2025 the Police and Crime Commissioner launched an ambitious new five-year Police and Crime Plan - setting out a bold vision for a safer Hertfordshire. This marks an exciting time to join our team as we build the capacity and capability to deliver on this vision.
