Senior PMO Coordinator

Location: Hybrid – Whiteley, Hampshire

Clearance Required: SC clearance mandatory

What will I be doing?
  • Manage, uphold, and oversee PMO processes, ensuring governance frameworks are embedded and adhered to.
  • Provide guidance and direction to PMO administrators, fostering best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Own documentation and tracking of governance actions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain programme‑level reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders at senior levels, building strong relationships and influencing decision‑making.
What does Leidos need from me?
  • Significant experience in a PMO role within complex programmes or portfolios.
  • Broad understanding of PMO functions and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior PMO team members.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
