Your Role
  • To drive the overall integrated P6 programme.
  • To liaise with Project Managers to maintain programme schedules and provide hierarchical performance reporting. To correlate schedule, cost and risk assessments to inform decision-making and lead on "what-if" scenario planning.
  • To provide detailed analysis of contractors’ programmes. To lead on integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.
  • To support the Project Controls Manager and lead on contractor requirements, working with delivery and procurement teams.
  • To collaborate with project delivery teams, specialist client directorates and external stakeholders. And to proactively drive continuous improvement and provide specialist advice.
About You
  • A track record of achievement in planning within large-scale defence or nuclear projects. Experience in leading teams of professionals in a complex business environment.
  • Construction project planning expertise gained across a range of large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with a sound understanding of project management principles and applications.
  • An understanding of commercial elements within large, complex projects and a track record of achievement in driving value.
  • A good understanding of programme contractual requirements, including NEC clauses. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A recognised degree or similar professional qualification.
