Overview

VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting an industry leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint with the recruitment of a Senior Planner to join their expanding team. This is a Monday - Friday position (Full Time) - Permanent position. Compensation & Benefits:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all planned cyclical maintenance programs.
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external weekly/monthly client reports.
  • Allocate resources for daily, weekly, and monthly planned works.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and supply chain, ensuring clear communication.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs to meet internal and client expectations.
  • Support with claims, variations, and general queries.
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with supplier and subcontractor procurement.
  • Work with your team to produce accurate cost-value analyses.
  • Adhere to data protection policies.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Health & Safety
  • Comply with all health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Promptly report any health & safety incidents or concerns.
  • Ensure all risk assessments and safe systems of work are read, signed, and followed.
  • Follow manual handling guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Third-level qualification
  • Experience in compliance or planning management
  • Proven senior-level client relationship management
