Qualifications

• Strong Groundworks & RC Frame experience required.
• Fluent with Asta and familiar with Revit & Synchro.

Responsibilities

• Producing tender stage and contract stage programmes.
• Creating logistics & sequencing for tenders.
• Drafting methodology documents.
• Allocating and comparing labour and plant resources against budgets.
• Assisting in delay analysis, substantiating delays.
• Providing progress updates on live construction programmes.
• Setting KPIs and Baselines.

My client is a leading RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor in London. They are a well renowned contractor with a strong client base. They have a current turnover of £100m and work on projects to the value of £25m.

About the Role

This is a new role for my client and you will play an integral part for the business reporting into the Preconstruction Director. They are growing their team and need an experienced Planner with an RC Frame background.

Responsibilities

• Producing tender stage and contract stage programmes
• Producing tender logistics & sequencing
• Producing methodology documents
• Producing labour and plant resource allocation and comparison against tender budgets
• Substantiate delays and assisting in delay analysis
