Job description

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a full‑time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
  • Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
  • Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.
Qualifications
  • HCPC‑registered Physiotherapist.
  • Solid post‑registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to team working and service improvement.
Employment Details

Salary: Up to £43,680.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification).
