Key Responsibilities

• Involved and leading on improving medication safety and error management trust wide.
• In liaison with the Highly Specialist Medicines Management Pharmacist, to lead on the departmental development and implementation of national and local guidelines and initiatives to support the medicines management programme.
• In liaison with the Highly Specialist Medicines Management Pharmacist, to lead on the Trust wide development and implementation of national and local guidelines and initiatives to support the medicines management and clinical governance programme.
