Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a highly motivated Lead Education and Training Pharmacy Technician to manage and develop education programs for pharmacy staff. This role requires excellent communication skills and experience in training, alongside a recognized pharmacy technician qualification. The position offers a salary between £38,682 to £46,580 pro rata, with possible flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience of training staff and implementing training plans.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy and supervision of staff.
• Knowledge of clinical use of medicines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement education and training for technical staff.
• Manage pharmacy technicians and ensure service quality.
• Develop training programs and monitor staff development.
