Senior Personal Injury Solicitor - EL / PL

Description

My client, a Chambers and Legal 500 listed regional firm is seeking a Grade A Solicitor to join their Personal Injury team. Working on complex and high value EL / PL claims along with some Clinical Negligence and Dental Negligence matters, the role requires someone who is knowledgable and client focussed in order to get the best possible outcome for their client.

Duties include :

• Taking on an already exisiting caseload of EL / PL personal injury matters
• Dealing with new enquiries and instructions
• Writing articles and input into marketing for the firm

The Person :

• An experienced Solicitor upwards of 8 years PQE with strong technical expertise in EL / PL, Dental or Clinical Negligence matters
• Strong academic background
• Willingness to become involved in the development of new business through marketing
