Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years post qualification experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record in serious injury claims.
• Excellent communication skills for negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client care for catastrophic injury clients.
• Conduct technical case reviews and provide mentoring.
• Draft legal documents and analysis of evidence.
