A leading law firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to support lawyers with administrative tasks and client management. The role requires excellent organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive approach to ensure operational efficiency. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Real Estate Group in our Housing Development and Regeneration (HDR) in Birmingham as a Senior Personal Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for supporting our lawyers with the day-to-day administration client management and financial responsibilities.
As a vital support in client relationship management you’ll oversee a range of administrative duties from coordinating meetings and events to managing diaries travel and documentation. You’ll facilitate clear communication across teams assist fee earners with billing and marketing tasks and uphold high service standards. With a proactive and organised mindset you’ll help ensure operational efficiency contribute to team growth and enhance the overall client experience.
We’re seeking a proactive and reliable professional with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and research tools alongside excellent communication and organisational skills. A confident telephone manner is essential as is the ability to manage routine client enquiries prioritise tasks under pressure and take initiative when needed. Key attributes include attention to detail adaptability and a positive team-oriented approach. Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a legal environment is preferred.
