We are currently recruiting for a Senior People Business Partner to join our Asda People team. This role will require some travel across a defined geographical area.

As a Senior People Business Partner and a key player in shaping and delivering the People Plan, you will focus on executing operational basics and talent strategy and management. You will partner across a high profile operational division (multi-site, multi geography and with a wide senior stakeholder group) as well as leading a team People Partners to deliver the people priorities. Partnering up to C-Suite level (will work closely with an Exec member and their senior leadership team). Particular focus on: Leading and coordinating large scale and cross functional change initiatives (inc consultation activity), Talent management and succession planning
