What you'll do
  • Manage client relationships, review complex tasks, and provide coaching to junior team members.
  • Lead process improvements, perform quality control checks, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle errors, omissions, and complaints in line with agreed procedures and timescales.
  • Prepare and present reports for clients, regulatory bodies, and Trustee boards.
What you bring
  • Strong experience in pensions administration, including performing manual complex pension calculations for DB (Defined Benefits) Trust Based schemes.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and maintain high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organised, able to prioritise effectively, and work well within a team.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues; professional qualifications (eg, PMI) desirable.
