Responsibilities

We’re seeking an exceptional commercial leader to build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who has executed this playbook before—creating revenue-generating consultant networks from scratch.

Commercial Excellence

  • Proven success building consultant and lead-gen partnerships from scratch
  • Direct experience executing a full-funnel partner playbook—from identification to revenue impact
  • Strong track record converting consultant relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue

Full-Funnel Partnership Management

  • End-to-end ownership: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and performance management
  • Ability to design repeatable, scalable partnership frameworks
  • Experience building consultant-led ecosystems focused on brand promotion and lead generation

Builder Mentality

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and resourceful—a builder, not a maintainer
  • Comfortable operating with minimal infrastructure
  • Agile and adaptable as the ecosystem evolves

Network & Market Access

  • Established consultant and partner networks across relevant verticals
  • Experience across UK, Ireland and Middle East markets preferred
  • Gravitas to engage senior stakeholders in both partner and client organisations

Operational Tempo

  • Acts fast and decisively, balancing strategy with execution
  • Thrives in ambiguity and drives progress independently
  • Resilient under pressure; delivers results while building structure

Ideal Profile

A commercially driven operator who has built consultant ecosystems in B2B SaaS scale-ups. You’ll have stories of building from zero, structuring win–win consultant relationships and influencing C-suite partners—while staying hands-on enough to build your own decks and processes.
