A leading financial services provider in London is seeking a Legal Operations Support Specialist. This role involves managing legal operations, negotiating agreements, and providing support for the Sustainable1 and Environmental Solutions teams. Candidates should have at least 4 years of paralegal experience and strong communication skills. This position offers competitive compensation with a salary range of $70,000 to $109,000, alongside additional benefits and incentive plans.

The Team: In this role you will support the Head of Commodity Insights (CI) Legal Exchange Market Relationships & Innovation in the Energy Transition Sustainability & Services business line of S&P Global Commodity Insights (a division of S&P Global Inc.) in supporting the Sustainable1 (S1) and Environmental Solutions teams in advising the organization on licensing, legal regulatory and related matters including contract operations, development of best practices and governance and project management. You will be a key partner to the Sustainable1 and Environmental Solutions businesses as well as to divisional legal, risk, compliance, commercial, product and business colleagues (including senior management) in addressing ESG and Environmental Registry related matters. This role requires at least 2 days a week work from the office.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $109,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
