What you'll be doing:

As a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll:

  • Take full ownership of campaign performance across all paid channels-search, social, programmatic, and video

  • Monitor budgets, creative performance, and audience engagement in real time

  • Develop and execute data‑driven strategies that drive growth, leveraging advanced targeting and bidding strategies

  • Identify trends quickly, scale high‑performing activity, and pivot campaigns to maximise ROI

  • Work closely with internal teams and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives

  • Lead agency partnerships-review outputs, provide guidance, and implement optimisations

  • Lead and develop a Performance Executive, providing coaching, guidance and opportunities for growth

  • Report performance in a clear, actionable way, translating complex data into insights for senior stakeholders

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy changes to continuously improve strategy
