• Significant post-qualification experience working as an Occupational Therapist within a mental health setting.
• Proven experience of managing a complex caseload autonomously.
• Experience of providing supervision to junior staff or students.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking specialist occupational therapy assessments for patients.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised intervention plans.
• Managing a defined caseload of service users with complex mental health conditions.
• Providing supervision and guidance to junior staff and OT students.
• Working collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team.
