Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a scrub practitioner in major elective orthopaedics.
  • Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on running theatre lists and maintaining safe surgical practice.
  • Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgeries.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues in the theatre.
