Job Description

You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruitment.

In addition you will be:

  • Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
  • Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design
  • Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions
  • Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design
  • Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope
  • Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike
Qualifications

You will have expertise within:

  • Oracle Recruitment Cloud
  • Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
  • Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space
  • Running workshops (process design, configuration, test and validate)
  • Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation
  • Documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge freely within our Cloud community
