Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding strategic direction and best practice.
• Oversee and quality‑assure configuration documentation and functional deliverables.
• Mentor, coach and support junior and mid‑level consultants within the practice.
• Drive pre‑sales activities including:
  • High‑impact demos.
  • Shaping solutions scope and proposals.
  • Providing authoritative advice on Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps.
• Facilitate advanced design workshops and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical integration and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, ideally across multiple full‑cycle implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise including:
  • Fast Formula
  • Element design
  • Payroll process flows
  • Calculation cards
• Strong workshop leadership and solution documentation skills.
• Confident in pre‑sales bid support and client‑facing discussions.
• OTBI reporting and/or SQL competency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in complementary HCM modules:
  • Absence Management
