Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding strategic direction and best practice.
- Oversee and quality‑assure configuration documentation and functional deliverables.
- Mentor, coach and support junior and mid‑level consultants within the practice.
- Drive pre‑sales activities including:
- High‑impact demos.
- Shaping solutions scope and proposals.
- Providing authoritative advice on Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps.
- Facilitate advanced design workshops and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical integration and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Essential Experience
- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, ideally across multiple full‑cycle implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise including:
- Fast Formula
- Element design
- Payroll process flows
- Calculation cards
- Strong workshop leadership and solution documentation skills.
- Confident in pre‑sales bid support and client‑facing discussions.
- OTBI reporting and/or SQL competency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in complementary HCM modules:
