Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a Senior Clerical professional to ensure the smooth operation of the administration department. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing workforce planning, monitoring customer service queries, participating in stock control, processing orders, and supervising a team. Candidates should have experience in clerical leadership, strong organizational and communication skills. The position requires working hours from 2pm to 10pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the administration department through pinch points.
• Oversee timesheets for shifts and ensure adequate cover.

• Release store invoices within agreed timescales.
• Supervise and develop direct reports.
