A leading mental health charity in Bristol is recruiting a part-time Administrator for their Quality and Improvement Team. The role involves providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing documents. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of administration experience and strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. We are recruiting an Administrator to join our Quality and Improvement Team, providing admin support for the Quality and Improvement Team, Director of Quality and Performance Senior Operations Managers and Head of Psychology.
Therole is part time, 16 hours per week, working hybrid between our office inPennywell Road, Bristol, and home. It is a fixed term position for 6 months from the date you join.
You will be providing administrative and secretarial support including minute taking, meeting scheduling, file management and producing high quality papers, documents and presentations.
You will be passionate about mental health and have a strong background in administration and business support including diary and meeting management. You will have excellent IT skills, being confident using Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Teams. You will be an effective communicator and able to work with staff of all levels. You will enjoy working within a team as well as undertaken delegated project work.
