Job summary

A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor in Rosyth to lead a team and deliver a high-quality Occupational Health service. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supporting and supervising team members, and conducting health surveillance. The ideal candidate is an RGN with Occupational Health qualifications and strong leadership skills. Salary of up to £44,000 per annum, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and gym membership.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in the full Occupational Health remit, including case management and health surveillance.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with experience supervising others.
  • Confidence in maintaining accurate OH records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Occupational Health service.
  • Support, supervise, and develop Occupational Health Technicians, Nurses, and Administrators.
  • Deliver case management and produce high-quality management reports.

Education

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
