Job summary

A leading nursery provider in Wantage is seeking a Senior Room Manager to oversee child development and ensure individual needs are met. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have managerial experience. The position offers a salary up to £28k per annum and various benefits, including a generous holiday allowance and childcare discounts.

This is a purpose-built nursery. Located close to the town centre, next to the Ford garage, Formerly St Andrew’s Preparatory School.

What to expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator
  • Ensure every individual child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
  • And most of all…have FUN!
