Qualifications

• Experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPI Development team and ensure quality and delivery of new parts.
• Oversee prototype builds and prepare relevant documentation.
• Work with Operations to optimize assembly layout and tooling.

Skills

Leading a manufacturing or production team

NPI and NPD experience

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems

Knowledge of PCB assembly techniques
