Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years PQE or 6 or more years PQE in non-contentious Construction law.
• Experience advising on development/infrastructure projects appreciated.
• Desire to engage in both non-contentious and contentious work is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on non-contentious construction matters.
• Work on development agreements, real estate, and corporate transactions.
• Support clients in managing risks related to construction projects.

Skills

Experience in construction contracts (JCT, NEC)

Development agreement expertise

Knowledge of property finance

Advisory skills on infrastructure projects

Ability to handle contractual negotiations
