A leading care provider in Highweek is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team, ensuring high standards of care for residents. This role requires a compassionate leader who can inspire a dedicated team. Responsibilities include managing care plans and ensuring medication safety. An NVQ Level 3 is preferred. Competitive pay and supportive work environment offered.
Senior Care Assistant, Bramble Down Nursing Home – 24 to 48 hours per week, to include alternate weekends. £13.15, £13.40 per hour at weekends.
Leadership with Heart. Care with Purpose.
This role isn’t for the faint-hearted…It’s for someone who knows that care work is equal parts heart, grit, and leadership.
Someone who has been through the hard days – and still shows up with compassion and strength. Someone who can guide others, even when things get messy or unpredictable.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you won’t just be supporting residents – you’ll be supporting the team that supports them. You’ll be the steady hand, the calm voice, the one others look to when they’re unsure.
Because the truth is: this work is hard.
It’s early starts, emotional goodbyes, and the kind of responsibility that doesn’t clock off.
But it’s also deeply human, endlessly rewarding, and full of moments that remind you exactly why you chose this path.
This is more than a step up. It’s a step deeper – into work that matters, with people who care.
If you’re ready to lead with both strength and compassion, we’d love to welcome you.
