Technical requirements

• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Core & Framework)
• Experience within the public sector
• Strong experience with Core for building RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of Entity Framework / EF Core and relational databases SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns DDD, Microservices, CQRS
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Comfortable with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (xUnit, MSTest, Moq)
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus is a plus
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Strong communication and leadership skills
