Overview

My Local Authority Client in the East Midlands is looking to source an experienced Town Planner with experience of dealing with Minerals & Waste applications.

Responsibilities
  • Determine applications for minerals and waste development for a collection of councils.
  • Conduct site visits as appropriate.
  • Provide pre‑application advice and attend the respective planning committees of the authorities when an application goes before them.
  • Monitor existing permitted/operational minerals and waste sites in the three authorities and of any authorised development notified to us.
  • Initiate enforcement action when required.
Qualifications
  • Experience in minerals and waste development management of significance required.
  • Experience of dealing with Minerals & Waste applications.
Working Arrangements

Hybrid working, possibly fully remote accepted.
